Bookkeeping
Accurate, current records on Xero, Sage or QuickBooks: reconciliations, ledgers, credit control and clean handovers to year-end.
YVB Accountancy supports businesses across the UK with bookkeeping, year-end accounts, payroll, VAT, CIS and management reporting.
“We are always made to feel unique, never feeling that we are just one of many clients.”
Rudi, Managing Director
YVB Accountancy, previously YVB Bookkeeping Services, was founded in Leeds in 2012 by Yvonne, an ICB-qualified bookkeeper with a career spanning private companies, public sector organisations and charities. What began as a bookkeeping practice has grown into a broader accountancy service, shaped by what clients kept asking for: one trusted place for the books, the payroll, the returns and the reporting.
The practice is deliberately streamlined: experienced people, modern systems and no layers between you and the person who knows your accounts. Clients notice the difference, and they stay.
Most clients come to us with one job that needs taking off their desk. Start there; the rest can follow when it makes sense.
Clients are not passed around a team of strangers. The people who keep your records are the people who answer your questions.
More than 25 years across private companies, public bodies and charities, up to management roles in large organisations.
We flag what the numbers are telling us, help you improve how the finance side runs and liaise with your other advisers when it saves you money.
We work from our office at Oaktree House, supporting businesses anywhere in the UK through cloud platforms, and visit your site when sitting down together helps.
You will always know what the work costs before it starts, and anything extra is agreed with you first. No surprise bills, ever.
